Hey guys!! So this is a different video for me but I needed to give you guys a update! I know a lot of you are asking how my Shakeology has been going and I wanted to give you the full truth on why I had to quit. As I say in the video everyone and every body is totally different and reacts differently to products. SO with that being said here was my experience.
