28 week Pregnancy update! ~Glucose Test & Ultrasound?!~

Hey guys!! So I just turned 28 weeks about 2 weeks ago. (I know I'm a little late on the update) But I had a midwife appointment and I got my glucose test done too! I also had a talk with her about a possible ultrasound at 36 weeks!
