Hey guys! So this is the first workout I've recorded in a super long time! So we only got a little bit of clips! I do a lot more with my legs than these couple lifts. So I am hoping next time I can catch some more footage :) I hope this helps anyone for some ideas of some leg & ab workouts! I am planning on getting some arm workout footage next!
