Hey you guys! So yesterday I meal prepped for the week! I decided to show you guys how I do it, it's super easy but it just takes some work. But I always think of it as less work when I get to eat it which is great!
IIFYM *If It Fits Your Macros* If you have no idea what I am talking about just Google it quick and it tells you what the diet is all about! I've learned everything I know about it online. It's a flexible dieting program. I don't think of my diet as a "diet" though. It's a forever lifestyle for sure! Anyways I hope you guys enjoy the video!
